Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hanshicommerce. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return cycle
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Shipping Fees
We will cover the cost of your return, up to a maximum of $30.
After we receive the dress, we will process a refund and shipping compensation to your account. The refund will be processed and credited to your original account within 7 working days.

Please send an email to one of the addresses before sending your return. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable
Pack Your Item — Place the item securely in its original packaging along with your order information.
Ship the Return — Use a trackable shipping service to ensure your package safely reaches us. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Email us the tracking number — Please send us the tracking number by email so that we can track the package at any time.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
Tips (gratuities) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Items with tags removed
Returns requested after 30 days
Custom-made style dress
Do not accept return requests for orders where multiple items were purchased just for trying on and returning.
Sale or gift items (unless defective)
